Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.
Phased upgrades and improvements to the City municipal garages. The scope of the project includes an upgrade of electrical entrances as well as electrical distribution networks in the garages of the City to face the major challenges imposed by their growing needs in electrical energy and power. Location of Garages: - Garage 1: 4000 boulevard Saint-Martin Est H7E 5B3; - Garage 1A: 8600 rue La Périère H7A 3S2; - Garage 2: 1515 rue Cunard H7S 2H8; - Garage 3: 1550 boulevard Chomedey H7V 3N8; - Garage 4: 5490 boulevard Dagenais Ouest H7R 1L8; - Garage 5: 2965 boulevard Dagenais Ouest H7P 1T3 and - Garage 6: 45 rue de Belgrade Ouest H7K 2Z7. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction package relating to garages 2, 4 and 5 has been already tendered, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Upgrading Electrical Entrances and Distributions in Municipal Garages 2, 4 and 5. Construction is underway. Subsequent package tenders will be followed in new separate reports.
