Construction project of a youth pavilion/house and a roof for the Wendake outdoor skating rink in the Omer Laine recreational park. This project includes the construction of a roof for the skating rink and a building including a public service pavilion and a youth center, the demolition of two existing buildings and the redevelopment of certain outdoor infrastructures. TIMELINE: Design is complete. Project is pending funding. Tender for general contractor and construction schedules will be determined once funding becomes available. Further update in early 2026.
