Scope of Work The Consultant awarded this contract will have the following general responsibilities: Performing site investigations; Determine the feasibility and preferred method of testing and calibrating the identified meters; Performing the testing and calibration of the identified meters in accordance with the guidance provided in Appendix A of AWWA M36; and Developing an overall programmatic schedule for testing and calibration of the identified meters Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 0.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Notify Successful Firm 3/16/23 Negotiate Contract 3/17/23 - 3/27/23 Present to Board for Approval 4/6/23 Schedule The work shall be completed by October 1, 2023. Due to the local weather conditions, it may be difficult to travel to and from South Lake Tahoe or to access certain site locations after October 1. The consultant shall assume that work will start on or around May 1, 2023, and proceed continuously in coordination with the District through October 1, 2023.
