The proposed work consists of: The furnishing of labor and equipment to install TV studio lighting and control room equipment. Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the Township. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed, specially addressed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and work bid upon, and addressed to the Township Clerk, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, NJ 07748. All bids mailed will be at the bidders risk. All bidders shall be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C.17: 27, requiring each bidder and each subcontractor to formulate and submit to the proper authorized representative of the State of New Jersey an affirmative action program of equal opportunity, which guarantees minorities employment in all categories. If a bidder is a corporation, Subchapter S corporation, partnership, limited partnership, or limited liability partner or company the bidder, in conformance with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 et seq., shall submit with its bid a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders who own a ten percent (10%) or greater interest in the firm.
