As of 02/20/22 Addendum 1 is available. Contact owner for more information. The Courts Heating Pipe Replacement project consists of installing a new hydronic distribution system. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to construction, demolition, renovation, and facility operations during occupancy. Work not specifically called for, but which must be accomplished to construct the hydronic heating system required under this contract, shall be considered as a part of this contract, whether or not specifically detailed. Each bid response shall be submitted on the prescribed forms supplied in the Project Manual.
