DASNY is soliciting bids for the roof replacement on Building #1 at the Western New York Developmental Disabilities Service Office (WNYDDSO). The existing building is an occupied one and partial two story building, with an existing single ply roof membrane system. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Removal of hazardous materials Removal and replacement of wet insulation. Installation of elastomeric fluid-applied roof membrane Additional work as described in the contract documents One Construction Contract will be awarded for this project - General Construction (CR3), with a base estimate value of $600,000 and $660,000. All individuals who plan to attend pre-bid meetings or bid openings in person will be required to complete and present a DASNY Visitor Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire, present government-issued picture identification to building security officials and obtain a visitors pass prior to attending the bid opening.
