For the following project in MARSHALL, MINNESOTA: PROJECT SWM-002 LEGION FIELD STORMWATER POND GRADING, BITUMINOUS TRAIL, & STORM SEWER PROJECT This project consists of the following: Pond grading, Bituminous Trail, Storm Sewer, Tile, and Jacking a 42" casing pipe. Estimated quantities of major work items for the project are as follows: COMMON EXCAVATION 24,700 CY 36" RC PIPE SEWER DESIGN 286 LF 3006 CLASS V 6" PERF TP PIPE DRAIN 625 LF 42" RC PIPE SEWER DESIGN 88 LF 3006 CLASS V-JACKED 8" PERF TP PIPE DRAIN 250 LF Bid results will be posted to the City of Marshall portal immediately following bid opening. All bidders are required to become acquainted with the extent of the work and the conditions under which the work will be performed. All bids shall be made electronically BidVAULT and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive minor defects, technicalities, or any informalities in the bidding or to advertise for new proposals, and to accept that bid deemed to be in the City's best interest. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 90 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
