Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and paving for a road/highway and water / sewer project. As of February 16, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Kiewit Infrastructure South Co. (KISC) is requesting bids from qualified socially & economically disadvantaged (DBE) vendors. The "covered area" is Jacksonville, Florida SMSA (Nassau, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Baker Counties, Florida). All DBE firms used to meet this goal must be certified per Florida Unified Certification Program (FUCP) and listed in the FUCP DBE directory Portal. Bids are requested for following work: MOT, survey, erosion control, pavement removal, pipe removal, hauling, wetlands mucking, grading, drainage, fence removal, and replacement, sodding, and access road installation.
