Renovation of a mixed-use development in Temple City, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work shall be accomplished per the Contract Documents including Front End Bid Documents, Terms and Conditions, Special Conditions, and Plans/Specifications for the following TCUSD school sites: A. All products in bold italics, listed in part 2 - Products, and on "Attachment A", will be furnished by the Temple City Unified School District using its authority under the OMNIA Contract. All remaining products listed within the Part 2 section, and any additional needed quantities of the products listed on "Attachment A", shall be furnished by the Roofing Contractor. B. This Section includes the following: 1. Roof re-coating preparation. 2. Infrared scan of all existing roof surfaces. 3. Application of fluid-applied roof membrane and flashings over existing modified bituminous membrane roofing. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the contract for the Work. Bidders must submit with their Bids a cashier's check or a certified check payable to District, or a bid bond by an admitted surety insurer of not less than ten percent (10%) of amount of base Bid. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
