The County of Livingston, Michigan (the County) is soliciting proposals from Respondents who are willing to create a public private partnership with the County to expand the existing fiber network throughout the County and help provide high speed internet services to residential addresses within the County. This solicitation may result in a multiple contract award. It is anticipated that services will commence upon award through February 28, 2023. The County, at its discretion, may renew the contract for one (1) additional ten-year period for a total contract period not to exceed tewnty (20) years.
