Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winchester, Tennessee. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of November 1, 2024, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence in spring/summer 2025, with construction following. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: City of Winchester, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to NEPA for a Tennessee Department of Transportation Multi-Modal Grant for sidewalks and drainage. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines. The professional consultant engineering consulting firm must be on TDOT's pre-approved list or have a completed pre-qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest. The prequalified firm must have unlimited status. Responsibilities of the professional consultant firm include, but are not limited to: Required Scope of Services Preliminary Engineering/NEPA Estimated Schedule for Performance of Work February - August 2023 If you have any questions regarding this solicitation, please contact Teena Waggoner at teenawaggoner@winchester-tn.com.
