Bids will be presented to the School Board at the next succeeding regular Board meeting, all in accordance with Board policy. All bids shall be made in accordance with forms and specifications attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents. Bids and contracts shall be made in accordance with and subject to SDCL 5-18A, 5-18B, 5-18C, 5-18D, 5-21, 5-22 and the provisions set forth in the specifications. The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities.
