Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited, furnishing all labor, equipment, materials necessary to construct new sidewalks panels, curb ramps, HMA planning and overlay, tree removal, installation of Permatrak structures, RRFB, lighting and channelization. TIB Grant 8-1-206(002)-! Street and NE 192nd Street, and NE 169th Street between Simonds Road NE and NE 170th Street. The work for 73rd Avenue NE will consist of constructing asphalt planning, HMA overlay, curb and gutter, sidewalk replacement, driveway replacement, installation of one catch basin, adjustment of utility covers, tree removal, RRFB's, illumination, channelization, signing, traffic control, and installation of precast elevated boardwalks. The work for 169th 10 Street will consist of asphalt planing, HMA overlay, and traffic control. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of the furnishing of materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items included thereto (excepting any materials, equipment, utilities, or service, if any specified herein to be furnished by Owner or others), and performing all work as required by the Contract in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications, all of which are made a part hereof.
