For Pool Maintenance - Term Contract LSU has the right to cancel any contract for cause, in accordance with procurement rules and regulations, including but not limited to: (1) failure to deliver within the time specified in the contract; (2) failure of the product or service to meet specifications, conform to sample quality or to be delivered in good condition; (3) misrepresentation by the supplier; (4) fraud, collusion, conspiracy or other unlawful means of obtaining any contract with the University; (5) conflict of contract provisions with constitutional or statutory provisions of state or federal law; (6) any other breach of contract. LSU has the right to cancel any contract for convenience at any time by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the supplier. In such cases, the supplier shall be entitled to payment for compliant deliverables in progress. Pool Management and Water Quality Control in the LSU Natatorium for the period 03/02/2023 - 03/01/24 At the option of LSU and acceptance by the Supplier, this contract may be renewed for 2 additional 12 month periods, or extended in partial increments thereof, at the same prices, terms and conditions of the original contract award.
