For Engineering and Staff Augmentation Services The City of Salem, hereinafter referred to as "City", is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for providing engineering and staff augmentation services to fullfil project management needs at various staffing levels. This is a Qualification Based Selection ("QBS") pursuant to ORS 279C.110. The intent of this RFP is to select individuals and/or team(s) to work as an integral part of the City's Engineering Division. The selected individuals and/or teams will provide all aspects of engineering and support services required to deliver a recently approved $300 million Salem Safety and Livability Bond Measure and the current $280 million Capital Improvement Plan. The City may select multiple firms to fill in staffing needs for multiple projects on an as-needed basis. Agreements are anticipated to be one year in duration with the option to extend the agreements up to approximately nine additional years. There is no maximum number of firms that that City may select.
