Chavez, City Engineer at rchavez@ci.laredo.tx.us with subject title: "RFQ FY23-ENG-18" no later than February 17, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. (CT). Questions received after this date may not be responded prior to the required submittal deadline. Construction plans by recipient of award are to be sealed and signed by a registered professional engineer and/or architect licensed to practice in the State of Texas. No respondent may withdraw his/her Proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals. Alteration or modification of the Respondent Forms shall be cause for rejection of the Proposal. City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional o prepare Architectural and Engineering schematic designs, design development, construction documents, procurement services, bid documents, specifications and estimates for renovations & building upgrades to El Metro Transit Center located at 1301 Farragut Street. Professional Service agreement(s) will be issued for the project upon funding available. Consultants are cautioned to refer to other sections of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet for further details. This solicitation will follow policies and procedures related to the procurement of goods and services with Federal funding, State of Texas and/or local sources. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
