As of March 16, 2023, project was awarded to Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc., awarded amount is $833,556.15. Approximately 6,468 tons of wearing Approximately 54,447 square yards of milling Prevailing wage rates will apply according to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442.. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. Payment and performance bonds or certified checks in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. All envelopes containing bid proposals shall be clearly marked Resurfacing/Paving Bid. The bid will be awarded at the Supervisor s meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2023. The Loyalsock Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept such proposal as they deem to be in the best interest of the township. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
