Site work, paving and new construction of a fire / police facility in San Ramon, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.

SCOPE OF WORK The proposed development is on a 3.26 acre lot consisting of an existing San Ramon Fire Station 38 and the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Building. Fire Station 38 will remain and stay operational in the duration of the project. The San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District Building and portions of its parking lot will be demolished to make way for the new training facility, which would include a new training tower, classroom building, and apparatus bay building with additional training props and a pump house building on site. By submitting a bid, subcontractor acknowledges that it has received, reviewed and will comply with all terms and conditions referenced in Roebbelen's General Requirements (available in the BuildingConnected Planroom), including Roebbelen Crane Insurance & Safety Requirements, Roebbelen Sample Contract Attachments, Roebbelen Subcontracting Requirements and How to Work with Roebbelen. Roebbelen is signatory to the Carpenters and Laborers. All work claimed by these unions must be performed by signatory contractors. If awarded, all subcontractors and suppliers agree to utilize Procore for project management and document transfer. Docusign (via Procore) will be utilized for signature on all issued contracts and change orders. Login information will be provided by Roebbelen at time of award. If awarded, all subcontractors and suppliers agree to utilize myCOI Central, software management system. myCOI will be utilized to track certificates of insurance and provide verification of insurance coverage. Subcontractor shall not commence work and no payments shall be made to subcontractor unless subcontractor is registered in myCOI Central and a compliant COI has been received. Registration instruction will be provided by Roebbelen at time of award. Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. is required to be named as an additional insured. A waiver of subrogation will be required on all subcontracts. By submitting a bid, subcontractor acknowledges that their bid may be rejected if qualifications or exclusions alter the scope in such a way that the bid proposal is unacceptable.
