Add an additional bay, 12'x30' with 10' overhead steel door 12'interior walls Concrete pad to match existing with center drain. > Two electrical outlets per wall > Two overhead 8' LED light fixtures > Match siding and roofshingles to existing > Add into existing alarm system > Extend fencing and gravel lot an additional 40' behind building with 6' commercial chain link fencing. > Include 16' wide swing gate to extended fence. > All Areas to be completed and all Debris Removed by Contractor. Work to be performed during normal and/or weekend working hours. > Contractor is responsible for any permits, dumpster, clean up, man lifts, safety equipment required for MIOSHA compliance. > Must include Warranty Information (Craftsman/Material)
