Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingsport, Tennessee. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Renovate and equip McCune-Welch Hall located on the Kingsport campus to create high and low fidelity simulation spaces, including classrooms and labs. As of July 29, 2024, this project remains on indefinite hold pending funding, and the scope is subject to change. A timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced.
