Scope of Work of the Contract include: Performing maintenance on well with line shaft pump, including television camera inspection, debris removal, chemical well cleaning and treatment, repairs and/or replacements, disinfection and performance and contamination testing. Apparent Low Bidders will be automatically generated and posted for furnishing all well labor, material, equipment, and performing all work required for the construction. The site of the work is located south of Bentwood Oaks Drive and west of Bentwood Parkway , in Montgomery County, Texas. Performing maintenance on well with line shaft pump, including television camera inspection, debris removal, chemical well cleaning and treatment, repairs and/or replacements, disinfection and performance and contamination testing. A Pre-bid Conference will not be held on this project. A PDF of the 00410 bid form must be completed and uploaded with each bid prior to the bid date and time for the bid to be considered. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within ten (10) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. All construction work will be performed at this location, on the property of the OWNER, in accessible easements or in public right-of-way.
