Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The owner has selected a construction manager. The City will contract directly with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for performing general construction of the project. The CMAR will then conduct the subcontractor selection/bidding process and contract with all other subcontractors required for the work per all City of Grand Prairie and State of Texas purchasing and procurement requirements. The City reserves the right to contract separately with other suppliers or vendors and enter contracts as deemed in the best interest of the Citys project. This work may include, but would not be limited to, the following: Construction Manager at Risk for Public Safety Storage Facility The City also reserves the right to purchase these services through State awarded contracts or other intergovernmental agreements when it is in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
