Site work for a water / sewer project in Waldeck, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The intent of this bid is to obtain a formal offer to construct and complete the following: Earthworks; Installation of Transfer Structure; Installation of HDPE Geomembrane Liner; and Topsoil and Seeding. Additional Information: All inquiries regarding the tender documents should be directed in writing no later than June 3, 2024 to: Regan Hoffart, WSP Project Manager Email: regan.hoffart@wsp.com (i) Bid Bond, certified cheque or bank draft in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. (ii) Consent of Surety for a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for not less than fifty percent (50%) of the bid amount. (i) A Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for not less than fifty percent (50%) of that contract amount. The Owner reserves the right in its sole and complete discretion to change the scope of the work and, re-tender/or negotiate the Work or portions thereof, without making any other significant changes, if the Owner does not receive a substantially compliant satisfactory bid within the Owners budget.
