Demolition, site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a laboratory facility; for the renovation of a laboratory facility; for site work for a laboratory facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
The Request for Proposal is for renovation work to upgrade the existing Home Economics Lab; and potential exterior upgrades for the 100 year anniversary of the school opening, as indicated on the drawings. The renovations will require demolition, abatement of hazardous materials and various mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural upgrades. The Tender will consist of Base Bid, Alternate Prices and Separate Price. Questions about the Request for Proposals should be directed to Dawn Dawson at dawn.dawson@kaa.ca. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and will not necessarily accept the lowest proposal.
