All work will be performed under the guidelines for the Capital Fund Grant Program managed through the Detroit Area Office of Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Davis- Bacon wage rates must be paid. Section 3 workers are encouraged. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the FHC and shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, if the bid price is over $25,000.00, Liability, Workers Compensation and Automobile Insurance is necessary to work on FHC properties. completion will be 60 days from Notice to Proceed to complete work.
