The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Energy Efficiency and Resiliency Action Plan (EERAP) for Scope 1 and 2 emissions to support George Mason University's goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2040. George Mason University (herein after referred to as "Mason," or "University") is an educational institution and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia Due to the large number of questions received, the deadline for Answers to Questions to be posted (via Addendum) is now February 10, 2023 by 5:00PM Eastern Time (ET). It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure that their proposal is submitted by the RFP due date and time. Mason will not be held responsible for any late submissions. It is highly recommended that you submit your proposal in advance of the due date and time and confirm with the Buyer's that your proposal has been received.
