This schedule identifies the anticipated requirements of any Contract resulting from this RFP. The term "Contractor" in this document refers to a bidder responding to this RFP, as well as the Contractor who is awarded the contract. The term "Bidder" is used to identify where specific responses to the RFP are required. The Contractor must respond to each requirement or question and explain how it will fulfill each requirement. BACKGROUND Fort Custer Training Center (FCTC) several times during the year may require porta john services to support the high volume of soldiers that utilize Fort Custer during peak training season (March through November). To cover any gaps and ensure the health of visitors at Fort Custer, the rental of portable toilets and their services may become necessary. If rentals are requiring during increased troop numbers at FCTC, additional toilet pump outs and cleanings may also be required for the rented toilets. Moving of toilets from training may also be required to meet varying usage demands at FCTC. SCOPE Fort Custer Training Center (FCTC) could have the need for up to 32 porta johns including handicap accessible units, at specified locations throughout Fort Custer. These units will require additional pump outs as needed. An Award for these services will be for a three-year period with two one-year renewal options. Additional locations may be added to this contract if services required.
