PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SERVICES REQUESTED The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for youth bathroom and shower renovations at the Shawono Center near Grayling, Michigan. The renovations will include wall, floor, and ceiling finishes; mechanical work; plumbing work; and some electrical work. The professional services contractor shall provide architectural and engineering services for both design and construction administration. This request is for services in Phase 500 Final Design, Phase 600 Construction Administration/ Office, and Phase 700 Construction Administration/ Field Inspection Services. The professional services shall be done in accordance with the State Construction Code (1972 PA 230) and the Occupational Code (1980 PA 299) (for licensed architects and professional engineers).
