The City requires an experienced civil contractor to help develop sound, multi-year pavement management strategies and associated construction. Scope will involve working with the airport and the design team to review and collect information, develop strategies for rehabilitation, provide design options, assist with budgeting alternatives, support lifecycle analysis, assist with selection of subcontractors and tendering, complete construction in the construction phases. The estimated value of the Deliverables is not to exceed $60,000,000 for the full term of any resulting Contract(s). Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 17th 2023, 2:00 PM PDT The selected submitter will be requested to enter direct contract negotiations to finalize a contract with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The terms and conditions found in the Form of Contract (Appendix A) are to form the basis for commencing negotiations between the City and the selected submitter. It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Services contract is to be for a period of 2 years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract up to two (2) times on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year terms. There will be multiple MMCD contracts, one for each work package or phase of the Work.
