The Bid Security of Bidders under consideration will be returned immediately after award of contracts by the Owner. The amount of the guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner if the successful Bidder fails to enter into a contract and furnish required bonds and insurance within 30 days after award of contracts. 10.
