Renovation of a residential development in Malakoff, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
A. Provide all labor, materials, tools, fabrications, reinforcement, equipment, and services for final cleaning as specified herein and or as shown, detailed, scheduled, implied, required or otherwise indicated to provide a complete and proper installation. B. Completely coordinate with work of all other trades. C. Although such work is not specifically indicated, furnish, and install all supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances, and devices incidental to or necessary for a sound, secure and complete installation.
