Tender documents can only be obtained through the SE@O electronic tendering system at www.seao.ca or at 514-856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and toll-free 1-866-669-7326 for out-of-town residents. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the price of the tender and in one or other of the forms listed below: A bid bond issued by a financial institution, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of bids; Or A certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to the Project Manager; Or An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings or credit union or trust or savings company and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manager's Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee form.
