Renovation of a transportation facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Total Project scope includes Architectural and MEPT renovations of Lower Level baggage handling and rental car counter areas along with the Upper Level entrances, seating areas, ticketing offices, hallways, and back of house areas. The area of Architectural and MEPT renovation is approximately 39,000sf. The work will be performed under contract with the Construction Manager at Risk, CMTA ES SCHEDULE OF PROJECT The anticipated timeline for completion shall be as follows: 1) Final contractor selection and subcontract execution mid-April 2023, 2) contractor mobilization period mid-April to early May 2023, 3) construction start of May 8, 2023, 4) substantial completion December 31, 2024, with final completion being thirty (30) days thereafter.
