Questions, concerns, and/or requests for clarification which are specific to the technical requirements stated in this bid document should be directed to: Eric Rose, Commissioner Steuben County Public Works 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, New York 14810 (607) 664-2460. 1. The bidder shall include a fully executed original bid bond with its submittal. The bid bond shall be issued by a surety company authorized to do business in New York State. The bond shall be in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). A certified check, Cashier's check, or a bank issued Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit may be submitted in lieu of a bid bond. 2. The bid surety shall state the bid document title and document number. Said surety shall be made payable to: Steuben County Finance.
