INSTALLATION OF A 24 ga. STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF; INCLUDING ALL VENTS, BOOTS, AND FLASH- INGS INSTALLED ON TOP OF THE EXISTING SHINGLE ROOF. ALSO, THE DEMOLI- TION OF EXISTING GUT- TERS/DOWNSPOUTS AND INSTALLATION OF NEW 6" BOX GUTTERS AND DOWN- SPOUTS - MUELLER SHOP 620 E. RIVERSIDE AVE. DEC- ATUR, IL 62521 Sealed bids will be received in envelopes which must be plainly marked "MUEL- LER SHOP METAL ROOF" on the envelope. Decatur Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids of any portion of any bid submitted which is not deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS130/1-12). Certified payroll will be required and provided before final payment is issued. Minority and Female Business Subcontractor/Supplier participation is encouraged.
