Description SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Correct Structural System for Bldg 1 - Provide Temporary Shoring INTRODUCTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is seeking capability statements specifically from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), as well as any other Small OR Large business construction contractors for the purpose of determining if adequate competition exists to set aside a requirement to Correct the Structural System for Bldg 1 at Bay Pines VA Medical Center, Bay Pines, FL. SCOPE OF WORK The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, tools, materials and supervision necessary to provide structural shoring in the crawl space of Building 1 at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center. JS Held (VA Consultant) performed a Limited Structural Assessment of Building 1 of the Bay Pines VAMC under project 516-22-120. The assessment found critical areas requiring temporary shoring. This project is for the design and construction (Design-Build) of the temporary shoring at the crawl space of Building 1 for the critical areas."
