The posted speed limit for Maugan's Avenue is 35 mph, and the posted speed limit for Ramp K, Ramp L and Ramp M is 40 mph. The work will consist of the following: (a) Base widening of Maugan's Ave, Ramp K, Ramp L and Ramp M. (b) Traffic Signal Reconstruction on Ramp M. (c) Lighting and Signage Improvements. (d) Full depth patching on the shoulder of Maugan's Ave. (e) Associated storm drain along Maugan's Ave, Ramp K, Ramp L and Ramp M (g) Median reconstruction along Maugan's Ave. (f) Construction of 1 Bioretention (SWMFac No. 211393), 1 Bioswale (SWMFac No. 211394) and 1 Microbio Retention (SWMFac No. 211395).
