The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain the contract are more fully described in the tender documents. Regardless of the method of shipment that the tenderer chooses to adopt, all tenders must, to be validly received, be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the mention "ING-030323 - Submission for cleaning and inspection by camera of pipelines of sewers 2023" Note that the directives adopted by the Government of Quebec to counter the spread of the Coronavirus must be respected to attend the opening of tenders. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total cost of the tender, plus taxes.
