Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Leamington, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; 2,606-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington (Municipality) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide design and construction services for a Performer Room and Maintenance Garage (Building) at the Seacliff Park. This is not a call for tender. This is a request for proposals to identify a preferred Proponent and to initiate negotiations which, if mutually satisfactory, would lead to a contract for the design and construction of the Building. This new Building would be located near the Sunset(R) Amphitheatre and include a large room for individuals and groups performing at the amphitheater to relax and prepare for their show, accessible washrooms and change rooms and a three-bay maintenance and storage garage.
