The purpose of this request is to establish pricing for lawn care, landscaping services and identified project materials and services for approximately 5.5 acres of property at the District 6 Headquarters, all in accordance with the enclosed terms, conditions and specifications. Vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and incidental items necessary to perform the contracted services. The effective duration of this agreement shall be from the date of award through December 31, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the lump sum cost for the two (2) year contract term. Lawn care and landscaping services will be performed at the following location and unit pricing shall include freight charges on all items required: Ohio Department of Transportation District 6 Headquarters Facility 400 E. William Street Delaware, OH 43015 Lawn care and landscaping services for the approximately 5.5 acres of property maintained shall take place between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, excluding state observed holidays. Work outside of these timeframes shall require a forty-eight (48) hour advance approval of the District Facilities Program Administrator or their designated representative. A site plan identifying the areas to be maintained follows these specifications. The facility is divided in four (4) color coded areas that have individual services and frequencies outlined.
