The City of St. Charles, Missouri is accepting bids for Chemical Grouts from qualified suppliers The submitting party acknowledges the right of the City to reject any or all bids and to waive informality or irregularity in any bid received and to award each item to different submitting parties or all items to a single submitter. In addition, the submitting party recognizes the right of the City to reject a bid if the submitterfails to furnish any required data required by the IFB, or if the bid is in any way incomplete or irregular. The City shall be the sole judge of compliance with the specifications and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof. This bid is to furnish and deliver for the City of Saint Charles, Missouri water-based chemical grouts to seal pipeline joints, joints in laterals connected to manholes, and lateral connections to the mains using the packer injection method. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, City of Saint Charles, 2871 Elm Point Industrial Drive, Saint Charles, MO 63301. The initial contract shall be from date of award through December 31, 2023 (2023 pricing on Bid Form) with two (2) prepriced one-year renewal option(s) for the same items (2024 and 2025 pricing on Bid Form), per the specifications listed below.
