Addition to a municipal facility in Wautoma, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 9,200-square-foot municipal facility; and one-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility.

Project scope includes but is not limited to addition of a 9,200-square foot EOC with lower level parking and first floor offices. As of February 8, 2023, a construction manager has been selected. Construction is anticipated to begin second quarter 2023. Submit all questions about the Procurement Documents to the Construction Manger, in writing, not later than 3 days prior to Bid Date. Please use the attached Pre-Bid RFI form. Replies will be issued to all Bidders of Record as Addenda to the Procurement Documents and will become part of the Contract. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Questions received after this time cannot be answered Any questions as to work procedure, scope of the work, project schedules, and similar items can be resolved with a Pre-Bid RFI. All pertinent agreements reached will become a part of the project by written addendum. The Bid Categories are constructed to follow as closely as possible the CSI format of the Contract Documents. However, some Bid Categories may contain more than one specification section and/or parts thereof. B. Unless noted otherwise, all labor, material and equipment for each specification section is to be included for each Bid Category. C. All Contractors are bound to Division 00 and Division 01 requirements. D. Combined bids will be acceptable by category but must be wrote out on the bid form as to what categories are included in the bid.
