The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids from Contractors interested in providing vegetation maintenance services at EWEB's Carmen-Smith project along the transmission line and/or along the banks of the Leaburg and Walterville hydroelectric canals or on properties associated with the canals along the McKenzie River. EWEB requires a Contractor with a minimum of Five (5) years of experience in vegetation management, including plant identification and habitat restoration experience. In addition, EWEB also requires the Contractor to own and have the ability to utilize an EWEB compatible GIS mapping system, such as ARC-View GIS. All bids shall be submitted as set forth in Section 1 - Instructions to Bidders. EWEB is not responsible for bids submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. No bid may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of thirty (30) days from the date and time set for opening. EWEB reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities (EWEB Rule 3-0470); may cancel the Invitation to Bid or reject any or all bids pursuant to EWEB Rule 3-0640
