Site work and paving for a road / highway in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The base bid of this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to mill portions of West Street, W. Oakland Avenue, Spruce Street, N. Franklin Street, N. Church Street, Golfview Drive, and Holbains Alley. The alternate bids of this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to mill portions of Lantern Hill Drive, and/or Lincoln Avenue. The work is anticipated to start mid-July 2023. The Agreement includes a contract time of 30 days. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the Bid Opening or for such length period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request. Bids may be withdrawn within two (2) business days after the opening of bids only by the withdrawing Bidders strict compliance with 73 P.S. Section 1602 and any subsequent amendments. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to wave any informality in the bids.
