This project consists of providing all materials, tools, plant, equipment, transportation, supervision and labor required for the construction of an Amphitheater structure, toilet building and associated site improvements, including a spectator lawn, roadways, parking, sidewalks, utilities and stormwater management areas, all located at East Margaret Terrance Memorial Way, Akwesasne, New York, as further described in the Bid Documents. SRMT is utilizing construction project management software for viewing and downloading copies of the Bid Documents. Any bidder claiming Native American Preference must give evidence to support this claim with their submitted bid. The successful Bidder, as well as their Sub-Contractors, will be required to complete a Native American Preference Employment Plan and Agreement.
