It seeks to develop supplier relationships and award work through a competitive process using a pre-qualified roster process. Specifically, CreateTO is planning to set up a Roster List in the Surveying Services Roster. This RFSQ is designed to qualify and approve new suppliers as Roster List suppliers in Surveying Services Roster as per business requirements. CreateTO has formulated the procedures set out in this RFSQ to ensure that it receives Responses to this RFSQ through an open, competitive process, and that Respondents receive fair and equitable treatment in the solicitation, receipt and evaluation of their Responses. CreateTO invites submissions ("Responses") from qualified firms that include Professional Land Surveying Services ("Respondents") to assist CreateTO in implementing its mandate. As part of this process, CreateTO is establishing and/or enhancing its list or roster ("Roster") of Approved Service Providers ("ASP") that may be engaged to work on various projects on an "as and when required" basis. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
