As of July 19, 2023, per the owner, this solicitation has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Owner's Project Manager (OPM)- Request for Qualifications (RFQ):Construction of New Norwell Highway Headquarters. The Town of Norwell, in accordance with M.G.L. c 149, 44A 1/2 , which governs public building Owner's Project Manager (OPM) procurement requirements, requests proposals from qualified firms for services of an Owner's Project Manager (OPM) related to the construction, and commissioning of a new Highway Headquarters Facility. OPM services will commence immediately after the selection of an OPM with construction anticipated to commence in March or April of 2023. We are seeking an OPM to manage construction through closeout for our project. Design is complete and bid-award process for GC and subcontractors is complete. Funding is secured. Specified Services(all chosen) Project Manager The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; and to award contracts or cancel this RFQ if it is in the Town's best interest to do so. Designer Fee Negotiated Time Period for Completed Project March 2023-December 2023 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
