Renovation of an educational facility in San Mateo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,315-square-foot educational facility.
The Work may consist of but not limited to the following Selective demolition and construction necessary for HVAC system replacement with selected primary and secondary electrical system upgrades for four elementary schools sub-divided into one bid package. Bid Package #2 Bayside STEM Academy School and Parkside Elementary School The proposed scope of work may include associated civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, irrigation, and electrical work as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve new finishes, adaptive re-use and modification of certain selected areas, handicap accessibility retrofits, and pertain to changing and expanding selected infrastructure utilities, and extensive modifications. Project Number - 22-206, 22-207 Combined total Engineers estimated construction value for Bid Package #2 is $ 14,326,458.89 Campus-wide HVAC upgrades and electrical service upgrades at two campuses. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
