This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the entrance upgrade at Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation (MCCC) North ramp of Manitoba Museum as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for the entrance upgrade at MCCC North ramp for MB Museum at 190 Rupert Ave. Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of the ramp and stairs, new canopy protection, exterior main door & vestibule renovation and railings replacement. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Building Permit, Development Permit and any other Permit shall be applied and paid by the General Contractor. CPPD is administering this RFP process. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, CPPD's representatives or other third parties at the site visit, unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
