Site work for a water / sewer project in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 12, 2023, this project was awarded to RAW LAND CONSTRUCTION LLC, awarded amount is $980,558.91. The City will not consider bids received after that time and date. The project provides for the installation of approximately 4800 LF of 8" ductile iron water main, 350 LF of 6" ductile iron water main, 130 LF of 2" Rehau Municipex, tie-ins to the existing water system, remove/replace existing fire hydrants, renew/ reconnect existing water services, and other work. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. Engineers Estimate is $999,000.
